EDWARDS COUNTRY HAM
Here's a genuine Virginia country ham par excellence...a traditional favorite of true country ham lovers. This Grand Champion Virginia Ham is specially selected and carefully trimmed. Then, it's dry salt-cured and slow-smoked over a smoldering hickory fire and aged 4 to 6 months. The result: Rich mahogany color and country ham flavor that's won multiple Blue Ribbons at the Virginia State Fair.
Now, you can serve authentic Virginia country ham to your family and guests, too. Comes packed in an old-fashioned burlap bag, perfect for gift-giving. Wooden gift box optional. 13-14 lb. uncooked Virginia ham serves 35-40 guests; 14.1-15 lb. uncooked Virginia ham serves 40-45.

FRESH SLICED BACON
Felts' country side meat is cured and smoked to perfection, the same as their traditional dry-cured hams. You can slice it as thick or as thin as you like. You will love our bacon's hearty aroma and rich country taste.
2-3 lbs, dry-cured country bacon, (1/4 slab) in cloth bag. cooking instructions and information pamphlet included.
Country bacon can be very salty. To reduce the salt content, the meat may be soaked in water before cooking.

FRESH SLICED HOG JOWL
The cheek of a hog, which is usually cut into squares before being cured and smoked. Hog jowl is generally only available in the South. Tightly wrapped, it can be refrigerated for up to a week. It's fattier than bacon but can be cut into strips and fried in the same manner. It's also used to flavor stews, bean dishes and the like.
